- Due to the high temperature of molten steel, heat insulation materials are used in the body of motorized rail transfer carts to ensure the safety of the electrical components of the cart. - The body platform can be equipped with fixed clamping device according to the diameter of the ladle. What’s more, hydraulic lifting device, weighing device, etc. can be added according to your requirements.
- In terms of operation methods, ordinary electric transfer cars have on-board operation, fixed-point operation, wireless remote control operation, etc. Due to the high safety requirements for ladle transfer carts, we recommend the use of wireless remote control operation to keep a sufficient safety distance between people and the car to complete the work requirements.
