Vietnam customer is a professional enterprise engaged in the production of chemical fibers. Its annual production capacity has reached 108,000 tons, including 50,000 tons of viscose rayon, 50,000 tons of viscose staple fiber, 5,000 tons of synthetic fiber, and 3,000 tons of spandex. The total production scale is 20 times that of the initial stage of the factory. The production capacity of the leading product viscose rayon ranks first in Asia. According to the customer’s production and transportation needs, our technicians designed motorized rail transfer cart, which adopts automatic control operation mode, so far customers have responded well to its use.

Features of Motorized Transfer Cart
- BXC series battery operated trolleys are not only maintenance-free but also can realize automatic charging function. The automatic charging of battery operated trolleys is divided into off-line charging and on-line charging. Offline charging means charging electric trolley when it is not working. Electric trolley can automatically run to the charging location for charging, and the charging equipment can be automatically connected. Online charging is the opposite of offline charging. Online charging is automatic charging when electric trolley is working. When motorized transfer cart is working normally and the power is less than 20% of the total power, it will automatically run to the charging location to charge itself. However, the online automatic charging method is limited to RGV and AGV methods, and manual control of material handling trolleys is not available, so it is also called smart charging.
- Electric carts run smoothly, safely, easily used, and conveniently maintained.
- Electric carts have a large load capacity, low noise, and are not affected by short-term power outages.
- Electric carts can be installed on the original old track without modification and can also be used, but matching rails can also be designed based on the material being transported.
- Electric carts use lead-acid batteries, which have a lifespan of nearly twice that of ordinary lead-acid batteries. Large-capacity batteries increase the continuous battery life of transporter trolleys.

- RGV rails and wheels can be customized as needed. In some special cases, such as when it is necessary to adapt to special cart size, load capacity, running speed, and rail curvature requirements.
- The main feature of customized rails is that they are produced according to your needs. You can choose different track materials (such as steel, aluminum alloy, etc.) and structural designs according to different needs, and they can be adjusted and disassembled as needed. In addition, the production cycle of customized rails is relatively long and needs to be booked and arranged according to specific circumstances.
