The material should be rubber or plastic that is resistant to liquid corrosion and has good sealing properties. Even if there is a small amount of leakage, the liquid can be temporarily blocked in motorized trolley body.

Real-time Monitoring System

 

In terms of monitoring, with the help of IoT technology, each AGV electric transfer trolley that transports liquid products is connected to a real-time monitoring system. The status of liquid product packaging is continuously monitored through liquid level sensors and pressure sensors installed in the load-bearing area. Once an abnormal drop in liquid level or a sudden change in pressure is detected, the system automatically determines that a leak may have occurred, then remotely notifies the operator and controls battery operated trolleys to drive to the preset emergency treatment area.

Daily maintenance is essential. Before and after each task of battery operated trolley, the staff must carefully check the key parts such as the load-bearing device, enclosure, and sensor to check for signs of looseness or damage. Regular simulations of leakage scenarios are conducted to test the effectiveness of the overall anti-leakage mechanism of electric flat car, to ensure that the risk of leakage can be reduced when actually transporting liquid products, and to ensure safe and efficient operations.
