Low voltage rail transfer cart, reduces the ordinary voltage to a safe voltage of 36V through a transformer and then connects it to the track. The AC power on the track is introduced into the on-board electrical box through the wheels and conductive sliders on transfer cart. The 36V is boosted to 380V through a step-up transformer, and the motor is controlled through the AC control system to enable rail transfer cart to complete commands, such as start, stop, move forward, and move backward.

Motorized Rail Cart Installation
The track installation and processing technology of rail transfer trolley has reasonably solved the company’s transportation problems, not only saving a lot of manpower, material resources, and funds, but also reducing risk indicators, improving production efficiency, and generating a lot of economic benefits. According to the distinctive principle of electric transporter trolley, the installation requirements of low voltage rail transfer cart track are different from those of the general track installation, and it is stipulated that the middle of the running track should be opposite to each other and exceed a certain resistance value.
(1) In accordance with the regulations for the edge layer of transfer cart, this project uses a sulfur powder-soaked edge layer as anchor bolts, and adds edge layer ductility pads under the rail pressure plate, which reasonably increases the resistance value in the middle of the ground rail.
(2) Due to the corrosion of the rails and the diversity of the natural environment in the middle of the rails, the resistance value measured by the electric energy meter and other equipment is usually not the real resistance value. In this project, a DC welding machine was selected for a resistance value detection test based on the actual situation.
(3) Key points of the production process and actual operation: First, remove the loose concrete and gravel near the embedded holes of the machine foundation and motorized transfer cart, and then clean the dirt in the embedded holes. Finally, use a small or medium-sized blower motor to clean the holes. If there are exposed building steel bars in the embedded holes, they should be properly handled to ensure that the building steel bars cannot contact the anchor bolts of the embedded parts.
